Worship With Us

"Lift up your hearts. We lift them to the Lord." -The Book of Common Prayer

The Episcopal worship service is what is called a formal liturgy and we who are members here find it inspirational. It feeds us through the week. Our main service, Sundays at 10 a.m., starts with a procession. You'll hear our beautiful organ and you'll see our clergy and choir wearing vestments. During the service, we pray and sing together. We listen to a sermon that calls us to live our faith. We greet each other as we pass the peace. Then all of us are welcome to come forward to receive Holy Communion. We warmly invite you to fully participate in all of our services.

Children's Gospel Time

During the summer, we invite children to attend our special Children's Gospel Time in the Centennial Chapel at 10:00 a.m. This time is designed especially for children from age 3 to sixth grade. Please have your child meet with us in the narthex (the lobby off Sycamore Street) at ten o'clock, and we will take them to the Chapel. We will bring the children back to the join their families worshipping at our ten o'clock liturgy before Holy Communion is offered. This service will be held every Sunday during the summer except on Cathedral in the Park Sundays (third Sundays, see dates above).
