The Amos Project is a faith-based coalition working to solve many social problems in the Greater Cincinnati area, such as drug use, racial division, growing poverty, unemployment and the lack of adequate housing. The Amos Project mission statement says, “As people of faith we find these negative conditions intolerable. We are challenged and impelled to see that justice is done.”

Christ Church Cathedral is one of 40 members of this coalition. The cathedral has an Amos Project core team which works to bring the issues to the attention of the cathedral in a meaningful way.
